HR OFFICER – HR & ADMINISTRATION

Qualification Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Experience 2–5 years preferred

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing recruitment, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
  • Maintaining employee records, attendance, leave and personnel files.
  • Handling joining, induction, confirmation and exit formalities.
  • Coordinating payroll inputs and applicable HR statutory compliances.
  • Implementing HR policies and maintaining employee discipline.
  • Handling employee queries, grievances and engagement activities.
  • Managing office administration, facilities and vendor coordination.
  • Preparing HR MIS reports and supporting management in day-to-day operations.

CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT – CFO SERVICES

Qualification Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience 3–7 years of post-qualification experience preferred
