CS Heena Banga Sharma is a Commerce graduate and a Qualified Company Secretary in June, 2016. She is also qualified LL.B in Sept, 2023. She has 5 years of post-qualification experience in the field of Company Law Compliances, Secretarial Audit, RBI & FEMA Related Matters & FCRA Related Matters & others regulatory matters, providing legal counsel and contributing to the smooth functioning of business. She is also having experience in the field of Intellectual Property Rights, Secretarial Audit. She has also been widely involved in drafting & vetting of contractual agreements & providing implementation support for the aforementioned. CS Heena Banga Sharma has also spearhead areas of several share valuation exercises for business.
