CA Kedia is the “Managing Partner” of the Firm. Born in January 1967, he has distinction of qualifying as C.A. and ICMA along with graduation at the age of 21 years. He did his graduation from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta in the year 1987.

CA Kedia has 35 years of post qualification strong professional practice experience and expertise in the hardcore profession of Accountancy and Taxation. He has in his credit experience in the field of Income Tax, Audit, Accounting, Company Law Matters, Financial Services, VAT & Sales Tax, FEMA, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Service Tax, Goods & Services Tax (GST), GST Audit, etc.

CA Kedia has served following organizations before the formation of this Firm :

• Gupta & Agrawal, Chartered Accountants, Kolkata.
• A. F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants, New Delhi.
• Sanjeev Chopra & Co., Chartered Accountants, New Delhi.

CA Kedia has also served as Accountant Member in the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) in Mumbai Benches, Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India. Technical Judge in ITAT in known as Accountant Member. This post carries the rank of Senior Additional Secretary, Government of India.

CA Kedia is regular participants in debate on Income-Tax & GST matters on Television News Channels, viz, Aaj Tak, India TV, ABP News, Lok Sabha TV, News 24, Zee News, Zee Business, India News, News Nation, etc. CA Kedia also speaks on Income-Tax matters on All India Radio which is aired on FM Channels like, Rainbow, Gold etc. CA Kedia has also served as Director, nominated by Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI), in the Board of Directors of DSE Financial Services Ltd., a flagship company of Delhi Stock Exchange. CA Kedia also served as National Treasurer of All India Marwari Yuva Manch, one of the biggest NGO of India.

CA Kedia was elected as a member of North India Regional Council (NIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) first time for the year 2010-2013 and again re-elected with highest ever votes for the year 2013-16. He was elected as Treasurer of NIRC for the year 2011-12 and again he was elected as Vice Chairman of NIRC for the year 2012-13.
