CA Harsh Jagnani is the Executive Partner of the Firm. He qualified as a CA in November 2017. His
7 years of specialised experience is involved in conceptualizing of transaction restructuring including,
mergers, demergers, acquisitions, insolvency resolution etc. He is also having expertise in fund raising
(international/domestic), stake sale, share transfers, sell side due diligence etc and has also gathered
the three-year experience in the field of Income Tax Matters, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit.
