CA Paras Aggarwal is Executive Partner – Income Tax of the Firm. He qualified as a CA in the year
2023. He has 1-year post qualification experience in multiple areas of Taxation (Direct & Indirect) &
Audit (Statutory Audit, Income Tax & GST Audit, Stock Audit, Statutory Bank Audit, Bank Revenue
Audit & Bank Concurrent Audit).

He has gathered experience of giving advice & ensuring statutory compliances of multiple provisions
of Income-Tax, TDS, GST, provisions applicable to Trust registered u/s 12AA etc. He also has
experience in drafting & submitting replies to notices issued under Income Tax Act for Scrutiny
Assessment u/s 143(3), Assessment /Reassessment proceedings u/s 147, notice for non-compliance of
TDS & notices issued under GST Act.
